There are many reasons to list with me here in the park:
I live here full time and Twin Harbor is my main focus, I am available at your convenience.
I belong to the Charlotte MLS (multiple listing service). When you list your unit with me to sell, I will put it on the Charlotte MLS. Not only does this get your unit in front of all the realtors in the Charlotte Market (approx. 21,000), it will also populate to approx. 100 different Websites.
I am active on Social Media with Facebook promoting my listings and this wonderful community.
I love to share what fun we have in the park and what this park has to offer. My clients can see from the smile on my face how much I love this community. Whether you are selling or buying, I am here to help you with your unit.
I am honest and bring integrity to the table. My job is to educate you whether listing or selling as to what is involved, what you need to do, what I need to do and how together we will accomplish the goal of buying or selling your unit here in the park.
I love real estate and have wanted to be a realtor most of my adult life. I am so happy that I have accomplished that goal! In addition, how lucky am I to work in the same community I live in and love it!!
